HydroHealth – water-themed programs for personal and planetary health

Under the scientific guidance of Prof. Dr. Dr. Bernhard Uehleke, a recognized hydrotherapy scientist for the traditional European heritage of cold and hot water therapy, herbal medicine, natural healing and fasting, we introduce HydroHealth as a new, purposeful, and refreshing element for incentive programs and as a refreshing alternative to pools in arid areas. Cold water applications are more than only “wellness” – they are inexpensive, healthy, entertaining, and joyful and on top they offer an easy method for replication at home to all participants.

Water therapies based on European traditions are particularly useful for destinations with natural cold water – creeks, rivers, lakes, sources – and they are part of a global movement for acting responsibly with yourself and the environment (law of resonance). Some applications like cold water treading can also be offered by communities for public health and can become elements of Experience 3.0 programs.

A Water Day along Experience 3.0 can start with an educational session about the scientific background and the proven effects of hydrohealth on peoples’ health. Followed by a live demonstration in some natural water environment or a garden. Water further unfolds its Magic with an experiential program around water, its wonders, challenges and innovation and local initiatives in a destination.

A full day around SDG6 and “Water” in the spirit of EXPERIENCE 3.0 helps to bring planetary and personal health in balance and shows your participants a new world to explore.

HydroHealth programs can provide excellent business opportunities for hotels with spas/pools/gardens to offer alternative cooling options to their guests in heat periods with a lack of water.

Spas can be taught to combine the cold -water applications with water-responsible fasting program for complete resilience and weight-loss health offers.

The easy principle of hydro-health and the Magic of Water can provide additional programs for organizers of business events, but also for start-ups and guesthouses who look for opportunities to offer to their visitors.

Experience 3.0 programs help change perceptions and understanding of our most precious resources, and serve the larger purpose of fighting climate crisis, lack of water and loss of biosphere.

Main areas of application:

  1. Public health: Sourcing new heat resilience programs for cooling and refreshment for guests/visitors.
  2. Individual health: Encourage visitors and guests to improve personal health in an entertaining and efficient way.
  3. Traditional European Healing Methods are interpreted in a new way and make great sense to balance the modern lifestyle.
